I think this is a 1929 7 ½ set. It has the parts to build the "White Truck"

A two-layer set with removable metal parts tray.

Comes in in a wooden box 10 ¾  X 5 X 21  3/8 ".  The hood and finders are pictured above. 

Notice the White Rubber tires. To find them soft is hard to do.
