Set 9 ½ from 1940, it contains the special parts that are need to build the Giant Parachute Jump.
It comes in a blue metal box in 20" X 13" X 3".    It also has the parts necessary to build a Truck and Giant Power Plant.  It sold for $18.95 in 1940.
The outside of this box, and some of the parts have been repainted. The outer label is reproduction,. The inside of the box has original color and labels.
