This set was sold in 1958 for $17.98.
In 1959 "The Rocket Launcher Set" number 10053 was chosen to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the A.C. Gilbert Company.  A seal was placed in the lower left corner of this set.
The set sold for $18.98.
